14 DAYS TO CHANGE YOUR MIND
A trial period of a maximum of 14 days applies to all products. Within these 14 days you can return your ordered products without reason, in unopened and undamaged packaging. After receipt of your returned order in correct condition (unused and undamaged) we will refund your payment. Costs of return shipment are for your account.
Custom made products are made specially for you / cut to size specially for you and therefore returns are not possible.

How to use the gift card
Step 1: Place a product(s) in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout
Step 2: Enter the code at “discount code”, the amount of the card will be deducted
Step 3: If there is an amount left on the card, you can use it again with the next order
Products in stock are shipped immediately with PostNL, delivery time: 1-2 working days. The delivery time of the products available on backorder is between 3 and 7 working days. The custom made products vary between 1 and 3 weeks. Shipments outside the Netherlands can take 1-2 days longer.
