All products may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that the packaging is unopened and undamaged, the product is in 100% resalable condition, and you have your original proof of purchase. Shipping costs are for the buyer.

You can request a shipping label by sending an email to email@example.com. The product will be tested before we can proceed with the refund or send a new product.
The processing of a return can take up to 7 days. When your return has been processed, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment details known to us. You can then expect the amount to be returned to your bank account or PayPal account within 5 working days.
All products that have been paid upfront can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that the items are unworn, in their original condition and provided with the original labels.
The same return conditions apply to items on sale.
Trying on the items is allowed. Labels may only be removed if this prevents the fitting and reviewing of the product. If you want to return the item, make sure you do not make the item dirty and return it to us in its original condition and factory
- Normal wear and tear on clothing.
- Defects caused by incorrect or intensive use.
- Excessive perspiration.
- Giving off and discolouration of clothing.
- Pilling clothing.
- Defects caused by washing or drying.
- Defects caused by external influences, for example rubbing, sharp objects or chemicals.
- Water and windproof defects in clothing, unless stated otherwise in the product description in our webshop.
- Articles that cause physical discomfort due to the model, for example sweating or blisters.
